Yes. Our entire team — vets and support staff — is comfortable in English. You can call, email or message us in English and we will always reply in English.

We treat dogs, cats and rabbits. For pet passport and international travel requirements, ferrets are also covered. If you are unsure whether we can help your pet, call us and we will advise you.

Please bring your pet’s vaccination booklet or health records if you have them. For travel or passport appointments, also bring your own ID document. If your pet is new, don’t worry — we can start a record from scratch.
Yes. We issue EU-format pet passports for dogs, cats and ferrets. We also carry out the required rabies vaccination, antibody titre tests and issue the official health certificate needed for travel outside the EU.
For dogs: core vaccines include Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis and Leptospirosis. We also strongly recommend Leishmaniasis vaccination in Portugal. For cats: core vaccines cover Feline Herpesvirus, Calicivirus and Panleukopenia. Rabies is required for travel. We will create a personalised vaccination schedule for your pet.
Yes. Microchipping is mandatory for all dogs in Portugal and must be registered in the national database. We strongly recommend microchipping for cats and rabbits as well. If your pet is not yet chipped, we can do it in minutes during a standard appointment.
We accept payment from most pet insurance providers. We recommend checking your policy details before your appointment. We can provide detailed invoices and medical reports to support your claim.
Yes. Grooming is available on Wednesdays and Fridays 10:00–19:00 and Saturdays 10:00–16:00. Services include bathing, clipping, ear cleaning, nail trimming and parasite treatment. Book via WhatsApp on +351 936 891 681.
We are located in Restelo, Lisbon and welcome clients from Belém, Alcântara, Campo de Ourique, Prazeres, Ajuda, Algés and all of Lisbon. Free parking is available near the clinic.
